Setting orients you about the IICA’s capacity building initiative during the COVID-19 crisis by way of conducting a series of Webinars / Virtual Masterclasses. A programme for “Familiarization of Independent Directors” was conducted in June, 2020 in association with ICSI. It aimed to orient Independent Directors about the due diligence they are required to put in well before joining a board. The program also emphasized the importance of a detailing on various aspects including financial statements of the prospective company and to be adequately vigilant and sensitive towards various aspects relating to the functioning of the company.
