The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, through the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), is organising a National Stakeholder Consultation Series on Ease of Doing Business to rationalise the filing and compliance framework under the Companies Act, 2013. This initiative is aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and covers the entire corporate lifecycle, namely Entry, Operations and Exit.
