The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified General Circular No. 01/2026 dated 24 February 2026, introducing the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026).

This scheme provides a one-time window for companies to regularise overdue annual filings (such as MGT-7, AOC-4 and related forms) by paying substantially reduced additional fees (as low as 10 % of normal charges). It also offers reduced fees for dormant status filings or fast track strike-off options.
