MCA and IICA launched the Independent Directors databank under the Companies Act, 2013 with an aim to strengthen the institution of Independent Directors, creating a pool of skilled professionals and building as ecosystem of serving the existing Independent Directors, aspiring professional and the companies.
Participants: All who have been appointed as Independent Directors or aspiring to be appointed as Independent Directors.
Registrations Open: 12th June, 2020
