Johnson & Johnson has been a market leader in the field medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. Improving employees experience with corporate technologies they use while connecting with end-users of Company’s products is core to overall strategy to sustain its market leadership. To implement it, series of initiatives are taken and out of these various steps, three are important to note here i.e. Align on a bold operating model that empowers teams, Develop true partnerships with the business around products, not projects and Focus on the operating model, not organization.
